Allergies:
An allergy is a hypersensitivity to a certain kind, or variety of different substances

Some people can have an immediate reaction to peanuts (even the smell can affect some) small amounts of egg, strawberries, rhubarb, and other seemingly insignificant substances.
For other people merely touching daffodils, and other flowers can cause skin eruptions, hives (nettle rash) and other skin disorders. It is also known that some people are allergic to certain animal proteins and fats, and the hair of certain animals, especially cats, dogs and horses. Others can become violently ill when eating seafood, such as crab, lobster, or any other shellfish.
Food Intolerances:-
The manifestations of food intolerance are legion and can mimic a whole range of
different clinical conditions. Also when someone is under emotional or psychological
stress, they are more likely to develop a food intolerance. A person who is under
stress may become inward-
They can also play a part in the cause of recognised and diagnosable clinical conditions
such as :-
Mouth ulcers Eczema and skin rashes
