Sally studied nutritional therapy at the UK’s foremost nutrition college, the UK College of Nutrition and Health (BCNH).  She received her practitioner certificate (with distinction) in 2004 and her diploma (with distinction) in 2007.

She is accredited by the Nutritional Therapy Council and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.  Only therapists who have been trained to the highest national standard are on the NTC and CNHC registers.  The registers can be viewed at www.cnhc.org.uk and www.nutritionaltherapycouncil.org.uk.

Sally also lectures on the subject of Anti-Ageing to students at BCNH.

Sally has traveled around the world in order to study exceptionally healthy, long-lived populations.  She has written two books based on her findings about such people’s diets and lifestyle habits:
