Paul is an experienced massage therapist who specialises in Deep Tissue, Thai and Indian head massage. He is also an experienced Clinical Aromatherapist and Reiki Master Practitioner.

Using a variety of massage techniques within his practice including stretching, mobilisation, acupressure and trigger point work he is able to offer a comprehensive treatment plan for his clients.

He has worked with people of all ages and from all walks of life including sports enthusiasts, dancers, musicians and office workers.

His focus is on helping people who suffer from areas of muscle tightness and pain. With his knowledge and experience he is able to help release these chronically tense and contracted areas.

Having taught exercise to music classes, circuit training and having worked in a gym environment he draws on his understanding of exercise when giving home advice.

Recently he qualified as a baby massage instructor and hopes to set up specific classes teaching fathers how to massage their babies.

He has also completed training at the Cotswold Care Hospice where he is able to offer Indian Head massage and Reiki to people living with cancer.

Paul is available at NHC Wednesday mornings from 9.30am to 1.30pm and Thursdays from 2pm to 8pm
