There are many different kinds of massage, and we offer a wide selection, detailed below:

Holistic massage is designed benefit the body, mind and spirit as a whole. A supportive and relaxing treatment for new and returning clients, holistic massage is suitable for all.

A deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension stored in the muscles. It is particularly suitable for anyone experiencing pain or those who are involved in heavy physical activity (such as athletes).

Aromatherapy massage involves the use of highly concentrated plant oils which are added to the massage oil for a relaxing and revitalising experience.

A hot stone massage is a warming treatment (perfect for winter) where smooth, heated stones are used by the therapist, either as an extension of their hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be deeply relaxing and can also release tension stored in the muscles.

Swedish massage is perfect for people who are new to massage, as it is the most common and best-known type of massage. Massage oil is used to lubricate the skin and the therapist will gently work the muscle tissue, relieving any knots through pressure.

Indian head massage releases the stress contained in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders through kneading and compression. It is a deeply calming and relaxing experience, based on the ayurvedic system of healing which has been practiced for over a thousand years.

Thai yoga massage combines the technique of massage with a series of yoga positions, designed to relieve tension all over the body. The yoga massage is performed on a mat on the floor, where the practitioner will guide you through the different positions.

Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi massage involves the practitioner using the palms, forearms, fingers, knuckles, elbows and even sticks and stones to give varying amounts of pressure throughout the body. An invigorating experience!

An Eastern Anti-Aging facial massage is designed to smooth away wrinkles and increase circulation, revitalising the appearance of the skin. It is a popular treatment which is intensely calming and relaxing for the client.

Chinese Tui Na massage uses pressure and manipulation on various points around the body, similar to how an acupuncture session works. It is an intense massage, designed to restore the body’s natural defenses against illness.
