I have 20 years of experience of acupuncture practice, working in and around Bristol and Long Ashton.
Having trained at Reading and Leamington Spa, I am able to combine TCM and 5 Element styles to treat a wide variety of conditions.
Acupuncture is particularly useful for some of the conditions not amenable to western medicine eg.: digestive problems such as irritable bowel syndrome and, arthritis and back ache.
I have also successfully worked with fertility issues (both male and female), offering IVF support, and regularly treat menopausal and other gynaecological problems.
On a lighter note, I also offer Facial Revitalisation Acupuncture. This is a treatment

The Treatments
During the diagnosis I will assess your general health and identify the underlying patterns of disharmony in order to give you the most effective treatment. You will be asked about your current symptoms, your medical history, daily stresses and emotional state, and any other treatments you may have received.
Part of the diagnosis involves taking the pulses on both wrists and looking at your tongue.
From this information a treatment will be selected to improve your complaint as well as boost your vitality. Fine needles may be inserted into acupuncture points for up to 20 minutes, or removed after two seconds, according to the effect required
